I grinned at the site of them both on the screen. It was so nice to be able to actually see them again. Texting, emailing, and sending videos was great, but it never compared to me being able to interact with them.
"Yay! How's India? Where are you guys right now?"
"We're at the hotel in a small town area. It was hard getting here. Oh! Guess what?" Jack's enthusiasm escalated by 10 levels.
"What?"
"We saw an Elephant, and Jack killed a snake!" Finn finished for him.
"Jack!"
"I'm sorry! I couldn't see!"
"He's an idiot, and an awful driver."
I shook my head at the two boys on the television screen. It's hard being so far away from them. Their trip seems so exciting, but at the same time, it frightens me thinking about all the life or death stuff they must have been doing.
"Alright guys, I better go. It's one in the morning here,"as much as I wanted to stay up all night with them and chat, I would have a pretty good guarantee of failing that test tomorrow.
"Alright. Bye (y/n)!" They chorused together.
"Bye! Have fun, be safe!"
"No guarantees..."
"Shut up," I jokingly rolled my eyes while ending the video chat.

A couple days later I got a video from Jack. It was clips of them in India. My eyes grew wide as I watched a Youtuber jump onto the roof of a moving car.
